The one or two times that something needed attention, you were right on it...even if it meant a pricey Sunday service call. It is also nice to know that the landscaping is being maintained, and any other issues seem to disappear automatically. It has been great living here, truly "turnkey," no hassles or problems. A nice house, good neighbors in a great town...I must say that I have been spoiled. It is nice having a beach about 7 minutes away, or Assateague is only 30 minutes, and never a traffic jam or other things that the city brings.
